So my computer died a horrible death. (Moment of silence please.) But my super-duper IT hubby got me all hooked up....well, so I thought. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that he did not install the software for my camera. So what happened? I tried to download a couple months or so worth of pictures/videos off my camera and voila! They're gone! Completely erased not to be found on neither the computer nor the camera. All of J's soccer action, year-end programs, recitals, teacher/class pictures, etc. etc.
I would like to thank all the fellow blogging mothers who's hearts are reaching out to me at this difficult time.
P.S. I do not blame my hubby or have ill feelings towards him regarding the matter. He did a great job salvaging all of my info off my other dead computer. ;)

I feel your pain! I would be so upset. You are handling it very well. By the way, can you send me another invite for your other blog, I kind of deleted the other one. Sorry.
My cousin/professional photograher says their is away to pull pictures off your camera once they've been erased? You need some sort of program?
I re-formatted and lost my pictures but they weren't that important or I would have tried!
So sorry about your loss.

This is a tragedy but could have been much worse. You could have lost all pictures on your computer, not just the camera! I'll see if we have any of Jonah playing soccer, I'm sure I have a couple.
P.S. what's this about another blog? How come I dont know about it??
