New Arrival!

My sister, Deb, had her baby on July 30, 2008. She was planning to do a "regular" delivery (her last was cesarean), but this little girl just would not come. After hours in the hospital they decided that another c-section would be best. Once she arrived, everyone realized she just simply could not fit the other way.

She is super cute and already has little chubs! Everyone in the operating room (which I guess there were quite a few people in there) were going crazy about her size and how she already had little rolls. I am happy to report that both mom and baby are home and doing well. Congrats!

P.S. Zoe has given both Chris and I the talk that we need to get moving on the next one. We'll see....

Jennica said...: Oh my gosh 10 pounds... I can't even imagine... No wonder she couldn't push her out. My last was 4 lbs 8 oz, I can't even imagine double that. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
